Welcome to the web site of the Settlers Dream Bach. Our bach is located in picturesque Mill Bay, Mangonui, on the site of the original Settlers Arms Hotel. This is the site of the original holiday accommodation in Mangonui.
The view from the deck is to the Mill Bay boat ramp, jetty and anchorage, and out through the Mangonui Harbour Heads to the Albert Reef in Doubtless Bay. It is literally a stone's throw from the tide.
The bach is only a few minutes walk from the historic Mangonui Village, famous for it's wharf (where you can catch a kingi or johndory), it's World famous Fish and Chip Shop, and it's historic buildings and cafes.
